If you are experiencing a fault with your phone system Berry is available to assist within our normal operating hours (9am to 5.30pm Mon to Thu and 9am to 4.30pm Fri). If you’re experiencing a network fault and you have Berry’s Network Service Cover Care Level 3 or 4, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0330 222 0332 24.
