Maintenance Cover Support Package

A package to cover your hardware & software

A Maintenance Cover agreement will ensure that any fault hardware is replaced and any software issues are resolved. Your handsets, headsets, cordless phones, mobiles etc and software (PC and App) and any subsequent Engineer visits are covered at no additional expense. You will also be given our highest priority for issue resolution to ensure we keep your business operational. Maintenance Cover includes:

  • No call out fees (can save you up to £500 a day)
  • Quick and efficient remote diagnosis capability
  • Coverage for any software issues
  • Hardware replacement for faulty items
  • A speedy 1 -hour response for urgent faults

The cost of Maintenance Cover is determined by the number of handsets and additional hardware you have on your phone system. A 15% discount is available to those subscribing to Maintenance Cover for 3 or 4 years and a 30% discount is available for those signing up for 5 years and over.


24/7 Network Service Cover Support Package

A package to cover your network/phone lines through BT

All Berry customers by default receive Network Service Cover (Care Levels 1 & 2) as standard during business hours – this means any issues with your phone lines reported during the day will be resolved before the end of the next working day.

If your phone lines are critical to your business, you may need any network issues to be resolved within a tighter time frame. If so, you can choose Level 3 or Level 4 Network Service Cover (superior network cover through BT) which allow you to report any issues with your network 24 hours a day. 24/7 Network Service Cover options are:

24/7 Network Service Cover – Care Level 4

All issues to be fixed within 6 hours of reporting the issue. The cost of Care Level 4 is £7.50 + VAT per month per line.

24/Network Service Cover – Care Level 3

Any issues reported in the AM will be fixed by the PM the same day. Issues reported in the PM will be fixed by the AM the next day. The cost of Care Level 3 is £5 + VAT per month per line.

Berry Care Assure Support Package

Our support package includes Broadband

Berry Care Assure is a support package which ensures that you can report any network (phone lines) and broadband issues to Berry any day of the week (including weekends) 24 hours a day. The Berry Support Team will then investigate the fault and put a plan in place for resolution. So if your phone lines are critical to the operation of your business, this product will give you complete peace of mind.

If the fault can’t be fixed remotely, where possible an Engineer will be dispatched the next day (Mon-Fri), or on a Monday for faults identified over the weekend. If required, Berry will organise calls to your business to be diverted to another number to ensure you have minimum down time.

Your dedicated Berry Support Team will be your single point of contact – so you won’t need to call around other suppliers trying to get your issues resolved.

By using Berry Care Assure you will avoid the normal £5 charge per diverted phone number and the subsequent higher call charges for incoming calls on a diverted line.

This support package costs £1.50 per line per month and will be added to your regular phone bill.
