Berry has received 3-star Best Company 2019 accreditation, this is the highest standard of workplace engagement available from Best Companies List which represents organisations that truly excel. 

In October 2018, every Berry employee was independently surveyed via the b-Heard Survey, which asked a wide range of questions about leadership, employee engagement, rewards and recognition. An incredible 97% of the Berry team completed the survey, which will provide some invaluable insights back to Berry's Board of Directors and Management Team so that we can continue to improve the workplace.

Preferred telecoms supplier to the National Body Repair Association (NBRA)

Berry is preferred supplier to the NBRA
The NBRA's 700 members can now receive free UK calls and enjoy a range of useful features including call recording, database integration, call reporting and professional on-hold music and marketing. NBRA members can now benefit from free UK calls when they choose Berry, which in some instances will mean that a brand-new phone system won’t necessarily cost more than their current spend.

Financial Conduct Authority Accreditation

For some customers it can be a bit more difficult to obtain finance, so Berry Telecom gained accreditation from the FCA so that it is able to offer finance direct to customers itself. The FCA regulates and supervises the conduct of more than 50,000 firms in the UK that provide financial products and services to both UK and international customers. By being FCA approved, customers can have confidence that Berry is regulated and protected if something goes wrong.

As part of Berry's phone system set up, Berry can now provide Sennheiser headsets.
