Hampton Park Vets has three sites, one in Salisbury, one in Ringwood and another in Downton in the New Forest.
Owner and Veterinarian Sanjay Mangabhai wanted a new phone system that would help staff to better communicate between the three sites and by doing so improve the customer experience. Sanjay wanted to their call rates and implement additional features that would help them to monitor and track calls.
