Colwall Conveyors Customer Case Study
Able to list Britvic, Coca Cola, and Smurfit Kappa amongst their clients, Colwall Conveyors are a young and thriving business. They specialise in designing, installing and maintaining bespoke conveyor systems. With 10 employees who work in and out of the office, flexible communications are essential for Colwall.
Prior to meeting with Berry’s Peter Downes, Colwall were using Panasonic handsets from Argos. As the business grew, Colwall acknowleged they had outgrown the old handsets and were blown away with the features a professional system could offer.
Talking to manager Barry Tibbott, he extolled the systems virtues, saying how intuitive it is to use. Barry and the team love the click and dial feature, which means they can dial off-screen from client details, websites, or their Outlook address book.
In addition, the Call Management software allows them to see who is calling in before they take a call. This makes call handling more efficient and allows the team to greet customers more personally. Barry said his favourite feature is simply being able to divert his calls to his mobile himself, giving him full control in or out of the office.
With a professional auto attendant directing their calls, and a bespoke on-hold message for when calls are transferred, everything is set up to give the best first impression and improve the customer experience.
Barry was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the new system was installed, saying there was no impact on business operations. Staff benefited from thorough training on their new system, and have on-going support from the Berry Technical Team, as well as a dedicated Account Manager.
