Our opening hours over the Christmas and New Year holidays 2019/20

To ensure our customers are adequately supported over the Christmas period, we would like to give advance notice of our opening times. Berry's last working day is Friday 20th December (closing at 12pm) and first day back is Thursday 2nd January. Between these times, Berry's Technical Support, Billing and Customer Service Teams are available to support your phone systems.

  • Monday 23rd December to Wednesday 1st January - closed 
  • Thursday 2nd January - opens 9am

Customer Service, Billing and Technical Support Hours (Phone System Operational Support)
  • Friday 20th December - available 9am to 4.30pm
  • Monday 23rd December - available 9am to 5.30pm
  • Tuesday 24th December - available 9am to 12pm
  • Friday 27th December - available 9am to 5.30pm
  • Monday 30th December - available 9am to 5.30pm
  • Tuesday 31st December - available 9am to 12pm
