Berry recognised by The Sunday Times Best Companies initiative

The Sunday Times Best Companies initiative.

Celebrates the best in employee engagement and is a highlight of the nations business calendar.

For the first time ever, Berry Telecom this year has put itself forward to be assessed for the much coveted Best Companies to Work For List. Last month, every Berry employee was independently surveyed via the b-Heard Survey, which asked a wide range of questions about leadership, employee engagement, rewards and recognition. An incredible 97% of the Berry team completed the survey, which will provide some invaluable insights back to Berry’s Board of Directors and Management Team so that we can continue to improve the workplace.

Today Berry were advised that it has already achieved a 3-star Best Company 2019 accreditation, this is the highest standard of workplace engagement which represents organisations that truly excel. The final National and Regional Sunday Times Lists are revealed next month.

In reaction to this achievement, Berry’s Co-owner and Finance Director Jo-Anne Udy said:

The Sunday Times Best Companies lists and accreditations are now recognised as the standard in workplace engagement, with specific categories for small organisations, medium-sized organisations, large organisations and not-for-profit organisations and one dedicated to housing associations.
