Phone Systems - Childs play for Berry
Earlier this year the KingsWood Day Nursery in Alderholt approached Berry Telecom with a dilemma they were facing with their phone system. Persistent power outages and high volumes of calls at peak times was affecting their service levels on the phone. The phone system was a vital tool in their operation enabling parents and guardians and the nursery to communicate with each other throughout the day.
After an initial consultation, Berry decided to donate a phone system - as part of its commitment to the local community to improve communications among those that need them the most.

When a parent phones KingsWood, we can transfer the parent straight to their child's key worker. Fast, efficient and ssssooooo easy. All rooms caring for children aged 0-8 years now have telephones, meaning a call can not be missed. But fear not if the call is missed due to us all engaged in learning and play, as the personal answer phone message is really cute and we can retrieve a message or telephone number easy peasy. This is all thanks to Berry Telecom.
Love Everyone Big and Small at KingsWood xx "
