Experiencing a fault?

If you are experiencing a fault with your phone system Berry is available to assist within our normal operating hours 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Thu and 9am to 4.30pm Fri. If you’re experiencing a network fault and you have Berry’s Network Service Cover Care Level 3 or 4, you can call us on the below number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For urgent faults which are affecting the service of your business, we endeavour to contact you within 1 hour (within normal business hours). For all other non-urgent phone issues, we will be in touch within just 4 hours. Upon logging your fault, you will be given a reference number and estimated time frame for resolution.
