Due to the complex nature of phone systems they can from time to time experience unforeseen problems. Faults with a phone system can either be hardware or software related or there could be an issue with the network e.g. issues with phone lines, broadband and calls. Berry can cover you in both instances either through a standard pay-as-you-go service or via convenient support agreements such as Berry’s Maintenance Cover or 24/7 Network Service Cover.
Get Maintenance Cover
A Maintenance Agreement covers any issues you may have with your hardware e.g. handsets, headsets, cordless phones, mobiles etc and software (PC and App) and any subsequent Engineer visits. You will be given our highest priority to ensure we keep your business operational. A Berry maintenance agreement provides:
- No call out fees (can save you up to £500 a day)
- Quick and efficient remote diagnosis capability
- Coverage for any software issues
- Hardware replacement for faulty items
- A speedy 1 -hour response for urgent faults
The cost of Maintenance Cover is determined by the number of handsets and additional hardware you have on your phone system. A 15% discount is available to those subscribing to Maintenance Cover for 3 or 4 years and a 30% discount is available for those signing up for 5 years and over.

Get 24/7 Network Service Cover
All Berry customers enjoy Network Service cover by default. However, if your phone system is the lifeline to your business which operates round-the-clock, then you can upgrade your Network Service Cover to Care Level 3 or 4 which gives you access to our Help Desk 24/7. The cost of Care Level 3 is £5 + VAT per month per line and Level 4 is £7.50 + VAT per month per line.
For customers on Care Level 1 and 2, they can still receive 24 hour service but additional charges per fault will apply.
