Berry Telecom are committed to excellence when it comes to the design, supply and installation of office phone systems for businesses across the UK.  We also offer extensive ongoing technical support for all of our customers.  We have recently launched a Help & Support page on our website, where customers can easily log a fault and contact us if they are experiencing any issues with their phone system, this helps us to quickly assist and take action.

Ways to get in touch for Help & Support

If customers are experiencing a fault with their phone system Berry Telecom are available to help in the following ways:
For urgent faults with your telephones we aim to contact you within 1 hour (within normal business hours). For non-urgent phone issues, we will be in touch within just 4 hours. When logging your fault using our Help & Support page, you will be given a reference number and an estimated time for resolution.
